Terms & Conditions For Tutors

1. Registration Charge

  • ₹500/-

2. Commission (applied for all new tuitions provided by us or referred by any of our clients)

  • First Month: 60% of one month's fee for classes on monthly basis. We do not guarantee the durability of any tuition. It's totally on tutor's quality and goodwill with clients.
  • Subsequent Months: Nil
  • Subsequent Year: 60% of one month's fee.
  • Every Month: 20% of the total classes which are on per hour basis or subject specialized and charges are equal or more than ₹900/hour or ₹10,000/month.
  • Online classes: Alliance Coaching Center will finalize charges with parents and teachers. Payment transferred to teachers at end of monthly session. Teachers must not discuss payment or share personal details (phone, email, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.) with parents or students.
  • Short term packages (crash courses, college-level etc.): 30% of total amount of the course.

3. Continuation & Referrals

  • If any tuition continues for the next year (after completing one full year) or any new tuition provided/referred by OUR CLIENT, the tutor has to pay commission as applied in condition no. 2.

4. First Month's Fees

  • First month's fees will be collected from clients by Alliance Coaching Center or by tutor if allowed by us and should be paid to us within a day or two or can be paid online as well.

5–13. General Terms

  • If any client calls a tutor after a gap of few days/weeks/months of the trial class, it's the duty of the tutor to update us about that.
  • When we provide any tuition, you must contact the client immediately and inform us about developments as early as possible.
  • Teachers are requested not to indulge in any activity other than tutoring such as taking money for admission in any college/school/institutions or any fraud proposal.
  • In case of any fraud by teachers with any client or with Alliance Coaching Center, we are free to take legal action.
  • Tutors must update us immediately about present address and phone/mobile number if changed and provide ID proof to clients if demanded.
  • Alliance Coaching Center doesn't give any assurance or guarantee to give you tuition class/student.
  • Tutors must be punctual and behave/talk/dress up as a Gentleman/lady while visiting any client for trial or regular class.
  • By filling online Tutor Registration Form you agree to follow all terms and conditions. Acceptance could be used in ANY COURT UNDER PRAYAGRAJ (UTTAR PRADESH) JURISDICTION.
  • Candidates must upload or WhatsApp scanned copy of: (a) One coloured passport size photograph, (b) Photo ID/Address proof (Voter ID/Passport/Aadhar), (c) Present/Permanent address proof (both if tenant or not permanent resident of Prayagraj), (d) Last obtained educational qualification.

For School / Institution / Organisation

  • Alliance Coaching Center will charge 30% of the total salary of the very first month from school/institution/organisation.
  • Alliance Coaching Center will charge 60% of the total salary of the very first month from the teachers as well.
  • If there is any continuation in the job in further years, the teacher pays 50% of the first month in subsequent years.
  • If there is any dispute between the two parties, Alliance Coaching Center is not responsible for the same.

Alliance Coaching Center reserves the right to modify/add/delete any condition at any time. All DISPUTES, IF ANY, ARE TO BE SETTLED UNDER PRAYAGRAJ (UTTAR PRADESH) JURISDICTION ONLY.

Privacy Policy

Alliance Coaching Center is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. When you visit our website and use our services, you trust us with your personal information. We take the matter of your privacy very seriously.

We collect information voluntarily provided while registering — name, address, contact number, passwords, payment information, etc. Payment data is stored by our payment processor. We collect device and usage information (IP address, browser, device characteristics, operating system, language, referring URLs, country, location) to maintain security and operations. Use of Information

Alliance Coaching Center only shares information with user consent, to comply with laws, to protect user rights, or fulfill business obligations. We may process data based on: Consent, Legitimate business interests, Contract fulfillment, Legal obligations, and Protection of rights. We may share data with third-party vendors (payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting, customer service, marketing) who perform services on our behalf. We do not sell, rent or trade your information with third parties for their promotional purposes unless described in this policy.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies which identify your browser to track user preferences and improve suggestions. Browsers are set up to accept cookies. If you do not want us to collect information using cookies, change your settings to refuse cookies from our website.

Third Party Websites

If you access our website through a third-party platform or click a third-party link, collection and usage of your data will be subject to the third party's terms. Alliance Coaching Center is not responsible for security practices of third-party websites.

Data Retention

We retain your information while your account is active. Once you delete your account and stop using our services, your information stays with us for one more year. We may change this practice if required legally or for business requirements.
